Project 1-1

The best way to improve your nutrition is working with me 1-1. This is done online and really focuses on what you can change in order to get the results you want. I can help you adapt your nutrition to lose weight, gain muscle or improve sport specific performance. I meet you where you are at, analyse your current lifestyle and nutrition before identifying the best areas to work on which will lead to you reaching your goal.

Project Kickstart

This is a 6 week weight loss programme. It is an affordable online group which will give you the resources, support and accountability you need to kickstart your weight loss journey. During the 6 weeks you’ll learn how to lose weight in a way that works specifically for you with support guidance and support from me, a fully qualified and insured nutrition coach.

Project Bootcamp

Weekly in person classes based in Midlothian, Scotland. These classes are designed to help you get fitter, stronger and healthier in a fun, friendly and encouraging environment.
